Drum Circles

Community Drum Circles in Weston, CT

Join us for a great interactive experience, playing hand drums and other percussion instruments, and dancing to the uplifting rhythms. You don't have to be a trained musician or an experienced drummer - just share a desire to make rhythmic music, relieve stress and have fun in the process. Some instruction at the beginning of each drum circle.

Drums provided or bring your own.

Admission: $15.00 adults / $5.00 seniors (65+) and under 12

Community Drum Circles in Monroe, CT

Join us for an uplifting, interactive evening, playing hand drums and other percussion, with fun facilitation and rhythm games, building into freestyle, high-energy drum jams. No experience necessary. Some basic instruction offered at the beginning of each drum circle.

Drums provided or bring your own. Other acoustic instruments welcome, dancing always encouraged. RSVP appreciated.

Community Drum Circles in Westport, CT

This interactive program, especially designed for seniors, uses hand drums and percussion to build community, lift spirits and release stress, while participants have fun in the process.

HealthRHYTHMS graduate, Randy Brody, facilitates the program.

All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary! Drums provided or bring your own.

Programs are usually on the first Tuesday of the month.
